The board shows projects, spending records, documents, reports, and officer roles for the selected academic term. Officer contact details appear in the Council section when they are part of the displayed publication.
Messages sent through the Suggestions & feedback form go to the council’s admin inbox. Only signed-in council officers can read them, and they are never published on this board. Submissions are rate-limited to prevent abuse. You can also reach officers through the contact details in the Council section.
Council sign-in is for authorised officers. Passwords are sent over HTTPS and checked on the server against a stored hash; they are never saved in your browser. A successful sign-in keeps you signed in for one hour through a secure, HttpOnly session cookie, and repeated failed attempts are temporarily blocked.
